Revenue. Renewal. Reputation. Now, we’re doubling down. Which means… This isn’t traditional Customer Success. We need someone who understands:
- Audience growth
- Offer positioning
- Monetisation psychology
- Revenue strategy and conversations
- And what it actually takes to scale a personal brand
- Manage ±45 premium creators – primarily US‑based (so EST/PST is part of your rhythm).
- Guide a creator through refining their offer and pricing.
- Review funnel strategy before a launch.
- Spot early churn signals in your portfolio.
- Document progress and revenue milestones.
- Jump on a momentum call where you challenge thinking (with care and clarity).
- Ensure creators are leveraging new product features.
- Run structured business review sessions.
- Execute and refine lifecycle playbooks.
- Monitor NRR, engagement signals, and health scores.
- Identify upsell opportunities naturally through strategy.
- Share creator feedback with Product & Marketing.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally on retention OKRs.
- Refine onboarding, launch & retention playbooks.
- Strengthen scalable high‑touch systems.
- Turn creators into brand advocates.
- Reduce churn through proactive strategy.
- Increase expansion revenue through smart positioning.
- Contribute meaningfully to how Customer Success evolves at Passion.

- 2+ years in CSM, onboarding, or revenue‑focused client roles.
- Advised customers on business or monetisation strategy.
- Understanding of the creator economy (practical experience).
- Commercial confidence – upsell and renewal conversations energise you.
- Balance empathy with empathetic directness.
- High emotional intelligence & structured thinking.
- Design success plans – not just follow them.
- Worked in high‑touch environments where ownership matters.
- Comfortable with CRMs (Hub Spot, etc.) and portfolio health tracking.
- Built or scaled your own digital product or personal brand.
- Coached creators or entrepreneurs.
- Think in NRR, expansion, and revenue impact.
- Pragmatic with the ability to customise support by use case.
- Understand lifecycle triggers & health scores.
- Analytical – decisions are data‑led.
- Technically comfortable discussing integrations, backend logic, or automations.
- Thrive in fast‑moving startup environments.
- Creators stay, grow, renew – and rave about working with you.
- Portfolio shows stable, predictable, growing NRR.
- Creators see you as a strategic business partner.
