• Conduct RFP/RFQ exercises for local field offices, supporting category management strategies
• Ensure prompt sourcing and competitive procurement of non-catalog items
• Maintain high service levels by evaluating customer demand and expediting material delivery
• Provide guidance to field teams on requisitions, approvals, and sourcing options
• Analyze helpdesk inquiries and sourcing challenges to recommend process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or a related business function
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business processes, systems, and analytical tools

• Knowledge of the elevator industry
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience in category management strategies
