We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.
Our Sales & Channel Group is hiring an Account Director. T he Account Director leads customer account teams to understand customers' business and issues and design integrated solutions that produce measurable results for customers. Serve as a strategic consultant to clients on how to improve their employee experience and business outcomes.
Education/Experience Required
- BS/BA in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of related business experience.
- Solid understanding of the employee marketplace.
- Experience leading the design of technology-based solutions, such as software-as-a-service (SaaS), is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Presentation skills (formal and informal)
- Adept at MS Office Suite , especially Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Smartsheet is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to determine strategic account direction.
- Lead and develop concepts and creative proposals for clients, incorporating content from appropriate contributing departments.
- Consolidate proposal contents and budget into a one-voice, polished end-product.
- Present recommendations, both formal and informal.
- Serve as the internal champion for customer for all programs throughout all phases of the client relationship .
- Grow account revenue through new ideas and applications.
- Focus on designing and achieving desired business results for customers.
- Requires some travel to client locations and events (10-15% of time) .
Salary Transparency:
Base Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
