• Contribute to various stages of the data delivery lifecycle on cross-functional data-driven projects
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to minimize production defects
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, reporting project status and documenting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Basic analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with report writing and SQL
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
