We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Vice President of BPO Sales to lead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This executive role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in BPO sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing remote sales team across multiple regions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the BPO and call center space.
- Foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service, and outsourcing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
