What You’ll Do- Customer Acquisition: Identify and connect with businesses in Simcoe County that could benefit from our digital services. Use your creativity and knowledge to find and connect with new clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, answering questions, and ensuring they’re thrilled with our services.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Create, manage, and execute outreach campaigns to bring in potential clients using various platforms like Linked In, email, and networking groups.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with our internal teams to keep projects on track and meet customer expectations.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand how we can continuously improve our services and strengthen our relationships.
- Sales Support: Provide occasional support in developing proposals and setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Excellent Communicator: You love interacting with people, can explain complex concepts simply, and build rapport easily.
- Customer-Centric: You’re dedicated to making sure customers feel heard, understood, and valued.
- Self-Starter with a Sales Mindset: You’re proactive, goal-driven, and have experience or interest in sales or business development.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You’re skilled at managing multiple client relationships and projects without missing a beat.
- Ontario Resident: Since we’re Simcoe-focused, familiarity with Simcoe County is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
