• Salary up to $145,000 annually, depending on experience
• Eligible for an annual bonus based on successful completion of defined performance objectives

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and ensure product competitiveness
• Support the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery in collaboration with agile development teams
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders effectively
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to ensure roadmap alignment
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess benefits realization against business objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• 5+ years of project experience in strategy development, process design, or management consulting
• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking; experience in product and pricing is a plus
• Agile Scrum education or certification and PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Deep written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value
