As a Commercial Manager, you will take full ownership of leasing and commercial operations for the company’s flagship product – the Class 93, the UK’s first and most advanced tri-mode locomotive, offering diesel, electric, and battery power modes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the leasing strategy for Class 93 locomotives
• Lead end-to-end rail leasing operations – including enquiries, tenders, and contract negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities in rail freight, train operating companies, and rolling stock markets
• Build strong partnerships with clients, leasing customers, and industry stakeholders
• Represent the business at rail industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Monitor the market for trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• Proven track record in securing new business and managing leasing contracts
• Knowledge of UK rail freight, rolling stock leasing and tendering processes
