Accountabilities
Leverage critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, and stakeholder management.
Collaborate with leadership on product execution and strategic topics like KPI definition, roadmap development, and business case creation.
Act as the central connection point between internal and external stakeholders spanning various functions.
Lead end-to-end projects in the investment field, from strategic design to execution and management.
Continuously analyze data to monitor and enhance product performance in accordance with KPIs.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of partnership management, including requirements gathering and performance analysis.
Requirements
5+ years experience in financial services, particularly in fintech/banking or investment transactions.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Excellent project management abilities and experience working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
Deep understanding of the banking industry and a strong interest in investment practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
