This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is a strong people leader with experience of Leading and Managing teams in a tactical and complex technical Production manufacturing environment. the successful candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability of safe, right first time and on time operations within a Production area. Working closely within
Manager and Team Leaders, you will coordinate activities to ensure the fulfilment of daily and weekly deliverables, alongside tasks and standards required to sustain safe and efficient work spaces, within a structure underpinned by continuous improvement and rapid problem solving focused on root cause preventions.

* * Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home in this role. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working on site at AWE Aldermaston. These are agile roles and the successful candidate could be asked to deploy anywhere there is a business need in the future which could mean an area with different working arrangements.
