Wiltshire Pension Fund plays a critical role in ensuring all pension benefits are paid accurately, on time, and in line with scheme regulations. We also manage relationships with over 180 employers, overseeing their entry into and exit from the Fund.

As a Member Services Officer, you’ll be responsible for administering pension benefits - including determining leavers’ entitlements, calculating and processing deferred benefits, and making adjustments to pensions already in payment. You’ll also authorise and check payments across all retirement types, deferred benefits, and LGPS transfers completed by colleagues.

This is a career‑graded role, offering a defined development pathway; you may join us as a Principal Officer, Senior Officer, or Officer depending on your experience, leaving you room to grow and progress to higher grades without the need for a formal vacancy.

We are proud to offer flexible and remote working arrangements and are happy to discuss what this could look like for you. Initially, you’ll be based in the office full‑time for training, before transitioning to 2–3 days a week onsite (pro‑rata for part‑time staff)

This position comes with a 15% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
