Job Details

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Proven work experience as an Industrial Sales Manager in the Power Generation or Heavy Industrial markets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Heavy Industrial markets
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Expertise in Territory Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with key clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
