This is a full-time remote role as a Growth Business Development Manager EMEA - Freelance  individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client engagement, and proposal development. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

With complete autonomy over approach, outreach channels, and working hours, this role offers performance-based rewards for individuals who thrive on delivering results. It’s well-suited to those who are resourceful, persuasive, and proactive in spotting opportunities and securing new business.

Fully remote within Europe and the UK & Ireland, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to five months per year. This position is designed for digital nomads who want to travel and work within a Microsoft-driven environment.

• Proven experience in business development and sales within the EMEA region
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Copilot and Azure
• Experience in cybersecurity solutions and consultancy
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in English and another European language; other language skills are a plus
