We are hiring two Delivery Recruitment Consultants to join our Elite Consultancy brand. Collaborating with a successful team and an accomplished Business Development Director that boasts market share in this niche with 20 years servicing the international market, this role will centre on delivering talent for exclusive contingent and retained permanent assignments within the Construction Equipment sector.

We’re hiring due to continual growth, partnering with an enviable portfolio of clients ranging from global manufacturers and national dealers to successful hire and rental businesses. We’re seeking a consultant that has cut their teeth in recruitment, looking to step their skills up to become the “go to” for our clients engineering, operational, and sales needs across the UK and internationally.

You’ll use advanced search techniques across multiple platforms, including social media, to identify and attract skilled professionals in engineering, senior operations, and sales. Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, you’ll work to deadlines and employ your negotiation skills to secure successful placements. As you develop in the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to expand your own network and manage the client portfolio.

We are seeking individuals with recruitment exposure, ideally within construction or technical sectors, although a strong recruitment process and work ethic are imperative. Excellent communication, candidate attraction, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a fast-paced workload and deliver to client expectations. If you’re eager to become the “go-to” consultant for specialist talent needs in the construction equipment industry, this is the perfect opportunity.

Any language skills – (French/German) will be highly advantageous as we service global clients with bases across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
