Regional Sales Manager – TEA Trading Middle East

Gui Tea is the largest manufacturer and exporter of matcha green tea, known for supplying premium tea-based ingredients to global markets. We serve a wide range of B2B clients including bubble tea chains, coffee shops, bakeries, catering services, and beverage factories.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop local corporate clients in the F&B, catering, and baking industries, handle customization and wholesale orders, collect client feedback for our R&D department in China, and build and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and product development plans covering all tea, foods, and beverages offered by Gui Tea.
  • Establish customer profiles, regularly visit key customers, address complaints, and maintain long‑term cooperative relationships.
  • Manage import and export operations as needed.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, business negotiations, and other promotional activities.
  • Prepare periodic market development progress reports and present monthly sales performance to the Vice President overseeing overseas markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop business and marketing strategies, and implement profitability objectives to ensure sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Nationality:
    Arabic or holding a valid work visa.
  • Experience:

    5+ years in tea trading or at a regional manager level.
  • Preferred experience in wholesale or export.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian market characteristics is a plus.
  • Strong market analysis, channel development, and business negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, sales reporting, and client interaction.

Location:

Any Middle East country – Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE.

Salary: $6,000 to $10,000 USD per month.
