WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Talent Executive Partner for the SVP of Talent acts as an impact and value driver, ensuring the SVP's time is focused on the highest-priority strategic initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional administration to include project management, strategic briefing, and acting as a bridge between the SVP and the broader Talent leadership team. You will ensure the 'talent engine' runs smoothly by anticipating needs, synthesizing information, and managing the operational rhythm of the department.

Perform administrative tasks including complex calendar management for internal and external meetings, manage domestic and international travel arrangements, arrange meetings and complete expense reports

Job Guidelines:

* Optimize the SVP's schedule to reflect strategic priorities; proactively 'gatekeep' and prioritize requests to ensure time is focused on driving impact. Liaise with internal executives, HR community, employees and teams, as well as external candidates and business contacts to establish seamless communication, working across multiple time zones.

* Orchestrate the rhythm of business for the Talent Team. Beyond logistics, ensure meetings have clear objectives, pre-read materials are distributed in advance, and key decisions are tracked and followed up on. Prepare agendas, assist with preparation for accurate presentations and spreadsheets; manage logistics for external presentation engagements. Synthesize complex information into concise briefing notes to prepare for talent reviews

* Serve as a project lead for cross-functional Talent initiatives (e.g., Summer Intern program or Onboarding transformation), ensuring seamless execution and alignment across different HR hubs.

* Act as key point of contact, triaging issues and resolving minor conflicts before they reach the executive level.

* Monitor and track the progress of the Talent Department's key performance indicators (KPIs), flagging potential delays or risks to the SVP.

* Serve as a trusted advisor and 'cultural pulse-taker' for the team, helping the SVP maintain a high level of engagement within the Talent community.

* Partner with Talent Development & Campus Recruitment teams for onboarding, placements, check-ins, attending presentations, coordinating events throughout summer.

* Manage talent budget and purchase orders.
