• Define and develop AI-driven consulting services that complement the employer's core engineering and environmental offerings
• Proactively identify client needs and market opportunities for AI-enhanced consulting
• Develop marketing materials, case studies, and thought leadership pieces to position the employer as an innovative partner
• Engage with clients to understand their strategic objectives and design high-level AI solution approaches
• Monitor practice growth metrics, including proposal hit rates and project profitability, to refine strategy and service offerings

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on business development and service line leadership
• Proven track record of expanding existing services or developing new services and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with client executives
• Experience leading cross-functional efforts and influencing diverse teams
• Strong familiarity with modern AI and data analytics concepts and their business applications

• Advanced education, such as an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the environmental, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Previous success in launching or growing a consulting practice or service line
• Recognized involvement in industry forums or professional networks related to technology and consulting
• Demonstrated ability to drive change in an organization
