What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide leadership and management oversight to Regional Sales Managers within the Nordics region
  • Drive net new logo acquisition across the Nordics region
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals, metrics, and quotas in line with corporate objectives
  • Act as coach, mentor, and educator to all Regional Sales Managers within the Nordics region
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience with, knowledge of, and network within the Nordics market, particularly in the tech industry
  • Experience in a first-line sales leader role with a focus on people leadership
  • Strong relationship-building and executive-level negotiating skills
  • Experience as a successful Regional Sales Director with a track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Nordics region
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to manage professional-level employees
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
