  • Provide administrative support for the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications functions, including coordinating investor meetings, quarterly earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, annual stockholder meetings, correspondence, etc.

Project Management:

  • Lead or participate in 12 – 24 month enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that align with the Company’s strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Utilize cross-functional influence to identify, elicit, and document project requirements. Facilitate stakeholder project discovery, data, resources, and technology needs.
  • Own, manage, and prioritize project backlog using agile or project management methodologies.

Budget & Event Management:

  • Strategically plan and execute internal and external events.
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices for event planning, contract negotiation, and Audio/Visual production to support various individuals and teams across the organization.
  • Estimate, forecast, and set annual budgets for select Corporate Management departmental expenditures.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with a variety of third-party vendors.
