Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth to meet business targets through value-based initiatives and new sales opportunities in assigned territory
  • Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale to promote adoption of solutions
  • Stay current with the employer's CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution and articulate value to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive corporate culture and improve customer experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
