Responsibilities- Sales Revenue Generation:
Drive the conversion of leads into contracts with an average value of $4M–$6M USD. - Maintains Deal Momentum:
Provide negotiation and local market knowledge to hit a target of 15–20 signed contracts annually. - Job Overview:
Convert dental leads into high-value signed contracts; navigate the private equity-backed Dental Service Organization (DSO) landscape and act as a strategic advisor for multi-million-dollar transitions. - Build trust with practitioners as they transition their life’s work; demonstrate financial literacy and local market credibility.
- Do you have 5+ years of experience in either investment banking or equity sales?
- Have you directly closed multi-million-dollar transactions ($1M+ deal size)?
- Are you fluent in EBITDA-based valuations and financial normalization?
- Are you comfortable where the majority of compensation is tied to closed deals?
- This is a remote role, but it requires calls in the early mornings or evenings to sync with our team. Is this work schedule acceptable for you?
- Are you comfortable working with high autonomy and managing a strong deal pipeline?

By bridging the gap between sellers and buyers, such as Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) and private individuals, we manage the entire process from due diligence and financial gathering to the final sale.

Additional Compensation:
We believe in paying 125% or higher of the market rate. By being successful in this role you will be the best in class with a combination of salary and performance-based compensation tied to key initiatives.
- 5 years of experience and a proven background in finance, investment banking, or equity sales. Background in dentistry and dental practice brokerage is a huge plus.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree - Experience with EBITDA-based valuations and financial normalization is preferred.
