Position Summary
The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position involves managing pricing structures, inventory allocation, credit tracking, and system updates while coordinating cross-functional activities to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Help manage online menu & pricing
- Audit inventory for accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance on credits and invoices
- Create sample orders for sales teams and events
- Maintain external and internal email correspondence with partners and departments
- 2+ years in sales operations, administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental and external correspondence.
- High attention to accuracy in pricing, inventory, and reporting
