We’re scaling to $1M+/month and need a Director of Sales to build and lead a high-performance remote team.
The RoleYou’ll own the entire sales function — from recruiting and training to systems, KPIs, and performance. The calendar will be full; your job is to make sure no qualified lead goes unclosed.
What You’ll Do- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 6+ closers and setters
- Build comp plans, SOPs, and performance systems
- Manage pipeline and metrics to hit $1M+/month
- Partner with leadership on growth and scaling strategy
- A top closer ready to lead, or a sales leader craving autonomy
- Experienced in high-ticket sales (3–5+ years)
- Data-driven, systems-oriented, and relentlessly performance-focused
- Obsessed with ownership, speed, and results
- Uncapped earning potential tied directly to company growth
- Full control over hiring, systems, and team performance
