- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Identify and expand opportunities within the assigned accounts
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Prepare regular reports on account status and forecasts for internal teams
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing tasks effectively
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with account management principles and best practices
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
