In this HVAC Business Trainer - Sales Coach role, you'll spend each day guiding HVAC business owners, executive leaders, and sales teams through structured coaching engagements designed to spark real transformation. You'll create customized coaching plans aligned with KPIs and growth goals, lead training sessions that strengthen sales execution and improve close rates, and help teams elevate their customer experience and operational discipline.

You'll facilitate group workshops that turn strategy into action, all while serving as a trusted advisor who brings clarity, accountability, and momentum to every interaction. Your work will directly influence the growth and success of businesses across the country.

We are looking for an HVAC Business Trainer - Sales Coach who can work remotely (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) in the following states:
Arizona, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Colorado, or Texas

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry (multi-location or PE-backed experience preferred)
• 3+ years coaching, training, or consulting with service businesses or leadership teams
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in an in-home or B2C model
• 1+ year of leadership or executive-level advisory experience
• Demonstrated experience coaching private equity–owned HVAC companies (strongly preferred)
