You’ll operate within an established, international success-education business, working with proven systems and marketing funnel strategies already in place, while leading others through a structured entry and development process.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading structured discovery and qualification conversations
• Interviewing and selecting individuals aligned with long-term growth
• Providing leadership to entering cohorts as they progress through a structured development journey
• Engaging with prospects generated through existing marketing systems
• Operating with autonomy while connected to ongoing training and leadership support

Background that fits well

• 8–15+ years professional experience
• Prior experience in leadership, client-facing, people, or business development roles
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• Comfortable with responsibility, ownership, and outcome-based work
