Job Description

As a Contract Administrator you will support the Indirect Category Management Procurement function within the Supply Management Enterprise Team, playing a pivotal role in overseeing the full contract lifecycle and driving performance across a range of indirect procurement categories.
About the PositionWe are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to support the Indirect Category Management Procurement function within the Supply Management Enterprise Team.
What You’ll Do- Manage the preparation, redlining, and execution of contracts and related documents, collaborating with Legal, Risk, Information Security, Health & Safety and Sustainability teams.
- Provide support throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle, ensuring risks and issues are identified and addressed.
- Lead straightforward negotiations with suppliers to support favorable terms and mitigate risk.
- Ensure adherence to Purchasing and Contracting Policies and Strategic Procurement objectives throughout all stages of the contracting processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate contract data and files, including original contract, all correspondence, changes, amendments, clarifications, scopes of work and payment schedules.
- Execute supplier onboarding/off‑boarding and support supplier risk lifecycle processes.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contracting policies and procedures to ensure contract compliance.
- Support the Enterprise Supply Management Team with contract status reports and process improvements.
- Work with Accounts Payable, Supply Management, stakeholders and Finance to resolve procurement issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field required.
- Preferred but not mandatory: CPSM, CIPS or CSCP certification.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 to 3 years of contract administration with demonstrated knowledge of procurement and supply management practices in Indirect spend categories (e.g., HR, Marketing, Professional Services, Financial Services).
- Strong command of contractual legal and commercial terms and conditions.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred; experience with Contract Lifecycle Management solutions also a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; daily video presentation requirement.
- Customer service mindset, cross‑functional collaboration and detail‑oriented organization skills.

The duties above indicate the essential functions of the job. This position is 100% Remote; travel may be required periodically.
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role.
