Brand Strategist (6+ Years)
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Strategist with a strong background in brand to join M+C Saatchi Consulting. In this client-facing role you will report to the local Strategy Director and the Regional Consulting Director, helping build, nurture, and grow long‑term partnerships with key clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, anticipating needs, and connecting them with our Consulting offer.
AboutThe Role
Based in our Dubai office (hybrid: 4 days in office, Friday WFH), the role is suited to someone with 6+ years experience in brand strategy or consulting‑style strategic work. You will work at the intersection of brand and experience design, partnering with account leads and designers across integrated projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead research approaches (desk research, stakeholder interviews, cultural analysis, qualitative and quantitative inputs) and synthesize into clear insights.
- Develop positioning, value propositions, architecture frameworks, audience understanding and strategic narratives.
- Create practical frameworks that connect business objectives to brand and experience decisions.
- Write inspiring briefs and collaborate closely with creative and design teams through development.
- Partner with client and account leads to align stakeholders, constraints and success measures.
- Present strategy with clarity and confidence, turning complexity into direction.
- Help define objectives and KPIs for engagements and brand campaigns.
- Support measurement and learning plans that capture impact and inform what comes next.
- 6+ years experience in strategy within an agency, consultancy, brand team, or design‑led environment.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Cultural curiosity and comfort working across categories and stakeholders in the Middle East and beyond.
