- Manage end-to-end recruiting and sales processes targeting construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure quality hires and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate candidate placement, onboarding, and client service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce solutions, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Track and report on sales and recruiting metrics, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Minimum 4 years of combined recruiting and sales experience within construction and manufacturing staffing agencies.
- Proven track record managing recruiting pipelines and client portfolios with successful placements and sales growth.
- Deep understanding of skilled trades labor markets and challenges in construction and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and highly organized, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Commitment to service excellence and building long-term client and candidate partnerships.
