Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Growth Executive, based in Brentwood, TN, with flexibility to work from home part-time. The Strategic Growth Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive measurable growth within strategic verticals. The role involves analyzing market trends, creating growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

The individual will be responsible for meeting revenue goals and ensuring client success by leveraging Altair Data s advanced marketing and analytics platforms.

Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, relationship management, and client acquisition
  • Proficiency in data analytics, marketing strategy, and campaign optimization
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and database management
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in hybrid settings and independently to achieve outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience with in Financial Services, Mortgage, or related industries is a plus
