As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through high-value alliances across the EMEA region. You will lead strategic engagements, manage partner relationships, and execute go-to-market initiatives to expand market presence and generate revenue. This role combines commercial acumen, ecosystem strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring you to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate complex initiatives across multiple regions.
You will be at the forefront of building repeatable partner-led sales motions, shaping joint business plans, and ensuring successful adoption of strategic partnerships. This is a dynamic, high-impact role offering the opportunity to drive measurable business results while shaping long-term partner ecosystems.
- Manage and grow strategic partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for alliances across the EMEA region
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue and pipeline through coordinated GTM initiatives
- Identify, recruit, and activate high-value ecosystem partners to build repeatable co-sell motions
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, focusing on key regional markets
- Support deal strategy, ensuring alignment with internal sales teams and partner sellers
- Oversee integrations and technical enhancements in collaboration with product and technical teams
- Establish operating cadences, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking to ensure consistent execution
- 7–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles, preferably within SAP or similar enterprise software environments
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, field structures, and GTM motions in EMEA, particularly DACH
- Proven ability to drive revenue through strategic alliances and co-sell initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen, structured approach, and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely while managing cross‑functional, multi‑regional teams
