Under the direction of the Administrator I within the Business Services Unit, the Postal Liaison & Budget Support Analyst performs a variety of tasks in support of the varied and complex functions within the Business Services Unit. Working closely with internal customers, vendors, and subject matter experts to prepare accurate reports, supporting documentation, and update management on industry standards and changing regulations.
Reviews and analyzes legislation and United States Postal Services (USPS) mandates that impact the department’s mail and warehouse operations. Works with management and senior staff to identify, design, enhance, and maximize Business Services enterprise services including SharePoint and self-service options.

- This position is eligible for limited remote working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of two days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework. This is subject to change.
