We are seeking talented Pricing & Contracts professionals (various levels of experience) to join our client-facing team. This role provides strategic and tactical support across the full contract life cycle, delivering expert cost and pricing guidance to multiple clients, including established government contractors and commercial companies entering the Gov Con arena.
This position may be filled at a Senior Admin or Consultant level, depending on experience.
Contract Administration & Management- Administer and manage a diverse portfolio of federal contracts (pre- and post-award), including OTA, CPFF/CPAF/CPIF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOA vehicles.
- Oversee implementation, execution, and administration of competitive, sole-source, and directed prime and subcontract awards.
- Serve as a primary liaison with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating meetings and negotiations.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams, conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Review complex solicitations and prepare compliant responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications covering products and services. Negotiate NDAs, TAs, and contract modifications within delegated authority.
- Proactively identify and resolve compliance risks related to FAR, DFARS, SBA, DCAA, and corporate policies.
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation with leadership, legal, accounting, program management, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate contract data, documentation, action items, and reporting in contracts management systems.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior contracts staff and business team members (level dependent).
- Conduct detailed reviews of subcontractor cost proposals.
- Perform direct cost element analysis (labor, materials, ODCs).
- Evaluate indirect cost rates, escalation factors, and cost realism.
- Assess price reasonableness and perform competition analyses.
- Evaluate commercial pricing when applicable.
- Support purchasing and subcontracting compliance documentation.
- Perform competitive cost and pricing trend analysis.
- Interface with DCAA and support audits as required (level dependent).
- Prepare and/or support compliant pricing and proposal responses.
- Review client inputs for regulatory and solicitation compliance.
- Develop pricing volumes in accordance with RFP requirements.
- Support pricing negotiations and contract modifications.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience levels may vary by role:
- Senior Admin Level:
- 2–3+ years of full contract life-cycle management in federal contracting
- 4–5+ years of federal proposal and modification pricing experience
- Consultant Level:
- 8–10+ years of progressive federal contracts and pricing experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in cost and price analysis.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Gov Con regulations (FAR, DFARS, SBA, DCAA).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and accountable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to lead client engagements and maintain high client satisfaction (level dependent).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- No security clearance required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.
- CFCM, CPCM, or related certification.
- Experience supporting both government contractors and commercial companies entering Gov Con.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Close vision required.
- Senior Admin level: $90K–$105K
- Consultant level: $110K–$135K
