- Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders and maintain ongoing customer engagement post-sale
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a positive corporate culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
- Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
