Position: (Remote) Sales Account Manager

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue growth to meet business targets through industry value-based initiatives and new sales opportunities
  • Protect revenue and ensure the health of customer relationships by advocating for accounts and resolving issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients
  • Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders and maintain ongoing customer engagement post-sale
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a positive corporate culture
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
