Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for large, multi-location, complex customers, developing strategic relationships with top management
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet account objectives and customer expectations
  • Manage RFQ processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines while negotiating significant contracts
  • Build and maintain influential relationships at senior management and C-level/executive levels within customer organizations
  • Lead functional teams and projects, providing expert knowledge and best practices in account management
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience
  • Recognized as an expert in the field with specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
  • Ability to solve complex problems and recommend best practices
  • Works independently with minimal guidance in complex situations
  • Proven ability to lead teams and serve as a quality resource within the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in sales management within the technology distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain solutions and design processes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing large accounts
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience with contract management
  • Ability to leverage supplier relationships for business growth
