Role OverviewThe Value Transformation Office is tasked with amplifying, accelerating, and enabling Clorox to attain its strategic margin and growth objectives by driving consumer‑centric, enterprise‑wide sales and margin improvement initiatives. This global team partners with executive leadership, business unit general managers and functional leaders to transform value across all of Clorox. The Senior Manager will support analysis and insights generation to fuel large‑scale ideation and road‑mapping for revenue growth and margin improvements.
Responsibilities- Perform analysis and generate insights to support the Margin Transformation Office’s ideation and discovery for 3‑year pipelines.
- Document and prioritize opportunities to develop detailed business‑case analyses that provide full visibility into margin potential.
- Manage margin improvement work streams across the enterprise and take proactive cross‑functional action planning for risks, mitigations, and dependencies.
- Support the creation of executive updates (senior executive committee, Board updates) and develop meeting materials, consolidating inputs from business units and working teams.
- Assist in developing communications and education supporting the office’s objectives across the enterprise.
- Track margin‑improvement program value realization; escalating risks and mitigating financial impacts.
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, techniques, and playbooks to advance margin‑improvement ideation and identification.
- Enable best‑practice sharing across business units and functions to generate value.
- 5+ years of experience focused on business transformation and supporting complex, cross‑functional programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business management (MBA is a plus).

- Experience in supply chain operations, product development and management is a plus.
- Experience in pricing, revenue‑growth management (RGM), net revenue management (NRM) is a plus.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or consumer industries is a plus but not required.
- Strong analysis, ideation, and coordination skills; ability to adapt to new thinking and solicit input from a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business issues to multiple organizational levels in a highly cross‑functional environment.
- Strong collaboration across functions, teams, and levels.
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, resolving, and documenting complex issues and recommendations.
- Demonstrated strategic ability to solve complex global cross‑functional issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Self‑starter with a strong results orientation, able to drive progress in ambiguous environments and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Takes an enterprise view that considers implications across multiple global stakeholders.
Hybrid – Onsite 3 days a week, 2 days work from home.

Compensation is competitive and based on location and experience. Typical salary zones for U.S. roles are:
- Zone APatient: $128,000 – $252,200
- Zone B: $117,400 – $231,200
- Zone C: $106,700 – $210,200
