The Commercial Card/Payments Product Manager Senior has responsibility for the design, development, and marketing of new products and product enhancements, as well as oversight of performance of existing product lines.

• Assist with commercial card and integrated payables portfolio growth strategy development and execution.
• Overall responsibility for product performance and P&L to drive revenue and expense targets.
• Review and modify existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
• Oversee all tasks associated with new product development and work with business units to introduce and sell the product on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders including Data & Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Implementation, and Vendors to understand customer and colleague pain points and develop solutions.
• Develop and oversee production of marketing materials, training materials, and other communications.
• Evaluate products and recommend changes to the product or marketing strategy.
• Apply strong data analytics skills (Excel VLookup, Pivot, large data sets) to support forecasting, budgeting, internal customer/portfolio performance reporting, and customer pricing.
• Oversee and manage key strategic 3rd party vendor relationships.
• Provide appropriate support to Credit, Sales, Risk, Fraud, IT, Servicing, and Implementation teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on compliance, adhering to company policies, regulatory requirements, and partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in credit cards and/or accounts payable.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.

• Master’s Degree.
• Proven analytical ability (data mining, manipulation, forecasting).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in project planning and management, managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self‑starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (face‑to‑face and phone) with professional grammar and demeanor.
• Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)

Office – Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑office and work from home. Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

$70,000–$140,000 Annual Salary. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additional incentive compensation and benefits are available.
