• Conduct in-depth market research projects and client discussions to define objectives
• Write and review reports and deliverables, adapting communication styles for diverse audiences
• Develop high-performing teams by coaching, providing feedback, and fostering accountability
• Support business development through proposal shaping and identifying growth opportunities

• Proven leadership experience in market research and consumer insights
• Strong experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
• Familiarity with qualitative methodologies and survey writing; experience with Qualtrics is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with versatility in writing styles
• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships

• Experience in navigating complex business challenges across various industries
• A strong commercial mindset with a curiosity for consumer behavior and market trends
