• Build and maintain standardized reports for market performance metrics, creating dashboards and visuals for leadership review
• Execute data pulls from various systems to support market analysis needs, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
• Perform day‑to‑day market management tasks, including program operations and documentation maintenance
• Assist with high‑impact projects focusing on contract cross‑selling and campaign implementation
• Support market leadership in planning and executing both internal and external market‑based events

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1‑2 years of related experience in operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and strategic problem‑solving abilities
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and data management tools like Tableau
• Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats

• Experience in healthcare operations or value‑based care
