• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers to scale accounts and drive customer value
• Provide expert support and advice about products, features, and opportunities to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client data, identify growth opportunities, and prepare plans
• Track performance and generate referral leads for the sales team through relationship building

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Strong relationship‑building skills
• Proven curiosity and accountability in professional settings
• Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members

• Experience in customer success or account management within the education technology sector
• Familiarity with data analysis and growth strategies
• Demonstrated passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Knowledge of educational institutions and their assessment needs
