Position summaryJoin our leading-edge Product Experience Management (PXM) services company as we continue to innovate and deepen our market impact. We are in search of a strategic, experienced Sales Development Representative who is adept at navigating the fast-paced world of technical sales.
The SDR will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities by engaging with high-intent leads from our targeted account list. This role is strategic, focusing on quality interactions and relationship building rather than volume-based metrics.
Key responsibilities- Strategically nurture and follow up on leads, leveraging your expertise in technical services, SaaS sales, and Ntara brand messaging
- Engage in meaningful dialogues with prospects, aligning their needs with Ntara’s solutions
- Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to scale lead generation efforts and contribute to project management
- Build our list of potential business contacts by proactive networking and warm-reach outs
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the team, willing to take on responsibilities beyond the job description
- Maintain meticulous records of outbound activities in the CRM system and provide insightful reports on sales outcomes
- Be prepared to travel as needed to foster client relationships and secure key deals up to 30%
- 3-5 years of experience in direct, outbound sales of technical services or SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven flexibility and capability to perform tasks outside the standard job description
- Previous SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM, intent, and outreach software
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound marketing campaigns preferred
- Ability to learn in-depth Ntara’s brand and service offerings
- A passion for technology and helping clients to succeed
- Familiarity with manufacturing, retail, and/or distribution industries is a plus

- This is a 100% remote work, U.S. based role. While the position is remote-first, there may be occasional travel for key client meetings, project workshops, or team gatherings. These instances are limited and scheduled with plenty of notice. (Working schedule in EST is preferred).
