Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The position is based in Port St. Lucie, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue growth opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and contribute to business expansion. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Strategic Planning to achieve business growth
  • Experience with Networking, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills
  • Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
  • Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment
