Business Partner

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner with Lean On Consulting, L.L.C., based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic consulting expertise, fostering business growth, building and managing relationships, analyzing operational processes, and recommending data-driven improvements. This role will require collaboration across teams, decision-making, and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Some remote work is acceptable as part of this hybrid arrangement. Current Partner should be bringing in at least $100,000 of profit a year.

• Strong skills in strategic consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship building, bidding, and acquiring and keeping business.
• Expertise in business analysis, process optimization, and decision-making
• Leadership experience with strong collaborative and cross-functional team engagement capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and use of relevant business management tools
• Adaptability to hybrid work environments and experience with remote collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in consulting or a related industry is highly desirable
