• Build a network of partners for Routes to Market.
• Develop engagement strategies with Custom Installers.
• Conduct training sessions and represent the company at trade shows.
• Establish industry partnerships to enhance growth.

• 6+ years of experience in sales/business development within relevant markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to align sales activities with company goals.
• Recognized for outstanding sales performance.
• Experience in networking or AV-over-IP technologies is a plus.
