Remote Data & AI Research Analyst

In this role, you will generate AI-powered market intelligence reports utilizing healthcare pricing data. Your main focus will be on data research, AI workflows, and quality assurance, ensuring accurate and actionable insights without the need for cold calling or sales.

• Conduct research on target health systems and payer/provider organizations using various data sources.
• Extract, organize, and verify data before inputting into AI tools such as Notebook
  
  LM or ChatGPT.
• Generate and review reports and presentations for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage outbound outreach, including tracking leads, sending messages, and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain daily activity logs and update CRM records with relevant information.
• Perform quality assurance on reports and communications to ensure high standards.
• Identify and report gaps or recurring issues to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes and improve overall reporting efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in lead research, sales outreach, or CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance on data and reports.
• Experience following structured SOPs and managing tasks at high volumes.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Notebook
  
  LM, ChatGPT, or similar) and basic prompt engineering.
• Ability to work with multiple tools and systems simultaneously (CRM + AI tools + internal platforms).
• Willingness to work US business hours (EST or PST).
