This is a full-time hybrid role for an ESG Data Analyst based in the City of Johannesburg, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data. Daily responsibilities include creating data models, generating insights, and preparing detailed reports to support ESG initiatives. Ensuring data accuracy, developing visualizations, and presenting findings to stakeholders will also be integral to the role.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Experience with Statistics and Data Modeling
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings and preparing reports
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Science, or a relevant field
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards is a plus
