Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributors, EPCs, Project Developers, Investors, Energy companies, IPPs, designers and other relevant companies in Bulgaria and further development in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Moldova*, ensuring the growth of both direct and distribution partners
- Establishandmaintainstrongbusinessrelationshipswithutilityanddistributionpartners,expandingthecompany’ssalescoverageacrossthegivenmarkets
- Design,developandimplementthecompany’ssalesplanintheregionalignedwithstrategicobjectivesof
Trina Solar - Identify,establish,andmanagemulti-tieredrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,includingutilitiesanddistributionpartners,toensurelong-termbusinesspartnerships
- Negotiateandfollowuponcontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcustomers’needsandcompanyobjectives
- Managetheentiresellingprocessfromforecastingtoactualproductdeliveryandpaymentcollectionforallyouraccounts,stayinginclosecontactbothwithcustomersandthecompany’srelatedinternaldepartments
- Ensureeffectivereportingofallsalesactivities,business opportunities,competitor’sbenchmarking,andmarkettrendstothe
Sales Team Leadersonaweekly /monthly/quarterly basis. - Representthecompanyinlocalandnationalexhibitions,conferencesandeventspromotingallproductsof

BESS) - Coordinate with Back Office teams to ensure availability, timely delivery of products, and effective communication of stock status to customers
- Handle logistic, financial, quality, and pre/post sales issues, including documentation such as Letters of Credit, Proforma invoices, and Bills of Lading.
- Maintain close communication with customers, addressing topics related to orders, shipments, and ongoing service requirements

Requirements- Minimum 4 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company
- Provenexpertiseinsellingtechnical B2
Bproducts,preferablyintherenewableenergyorsolarindustry - Experience with
CRMsystems(Salesforce preferred) - Strong negotiation,interpersonal,presentationandcommunicationskills,withaproactiveandproblem-solving mindset
- Target-driven,adaptabletochange,andpassionateaboutsalesandsolar/BESSwithadynamicandmotivatedapproach.
- Emphasizing Excellence and Creativity
- Willingnesstotravelregularly
- This role is home based remotely in Bulgaria
- Fluent in written and spoken Bulgarian, English, and
Russian
. Knowledge of any additional European language is considered an advantage
