- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience with sales methodologies and frameworks at scale
- Ability to provide real-time coaching on live deals and calls
- Demonstrated success in designing learning paths and sales assets
- Deep commercial proficiency across the full sales cycle
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for engaging training sessions
- Proficiency in using CRM data to identify skill gaps and inform decisions
- Collaborative leadership style aligned with revenue goals
- Structured project-management approach to enablement initiatives
