What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and enforce UpGuard’s sales methodology across all teams
  • Ensure consistent application of discovery, qualification, and negotiation frameworks
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, and deal frameworks
  • Deliver high-quality sales excellence programs and coaching sessions
  • Analyze data to launch initiatives that improve win rates and deal velocity
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience with sales methodologies and frameworks at scale
  • Ability to provide real-time coaching on live deals and calls
  • Demonstrated success in designing learning paths and sales assets
  • Deep commercial proficiency across the full sales cycle

  • Proficiency in using CRM data to identify skill gaps and inform decisions
