Position: Regional Business Coach
Reports to: Director of US Operations
Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000.00
The Regional Business Consultant will coach business processes that improve profitability and brand experience, consult franchisees on business owner decisions, and collaborate with all franchisor team members to increase brand equity. The role will be responsible for developing, executing, and holding the franchisee accountable for the goals of the business plan for the specific region.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Coach the franchisees and their teams
- Lead and mentor the franchises
- Inspire and obtain results through coaching of the franchisees
- Increase value, equity, and profitability for the region
- Consult and hold franchisees accountable for their goals
- Build relationships with franchisees
- Conflict resolution with franchisees
- Facilitate conferences and trainings for franchisees
- Contribute to network-wide initiatives
- Visit franchisees within your region to review specific issues and goals. Target is four days biweekly of visits to franchisees
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Adobe, One Drive, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of estimating platforms
- Knowledge of running a business proficiently

- Leadership and entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to be assertive, empathetic, inspiring, and engaging with others
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems and estimating platforms
- Ability to create and deliver live group presentations, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Ability to develop goals and business plans for franchisees
- Ability to answer and communicate with Independent franchises via phone and email
- Ability to work with office equipment (fax, computer, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- Experience leading teams, offices, and/or groups
- 8 plus years of experience in running a business or understanding the proficiency relating to running a business
- Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals
Education and Experience
- An MBA or a CPA is a plus
- Experience with in the franchise industry
- Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside offices to review franchisees' business setup/model
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
- Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle
The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone. Employees must have access to a stable internet connection when working out of the office. Employees must use the provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
TravelThis position may require up to 50% travel. This position requires travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings.
