This is how you'll help us succeed- Own overall customer health, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Act as the primary strategic partner for customers, aligning Connex Pay’s payments platform to customer business goals and success metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans informed by data, customer insights, and platform usage.
- Lead executive-level customer engagements, including business reviews, success planning, and roadmap alignment.
- Proactively identify risk and growth opportunities using customer health metrics, transaction data, and leading indicators.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of Connex Pay products and the broader payments ecosystem to guide adoption and value realization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Compliance, Sales, GTM, Operations, and Support to deliver cohesive customer outcomes and influence roadmap priorities.
- Flex between strategic leadership and hands-on execution, addressing complex customer challenges as needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, embracing iteration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 5–10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management within payments or financial services.
- Strong track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and sales intelligence tools such as Zoom Info or Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Strong prioritization, follow-through, and KPI management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
